Mr. Ramanathan holds a lively interactive session with TalentSprint trainees in Hyderabad

Mr. Ramanathan addressed the trainees at TalentSprint. Over 250 trainees attended the lively, interactive session. Mr. Ramanathan brought in a product company perspective and discussed the typical challenges faced by indian companies in IT adoption. He also discussed how they are using social media effectively within enterprises to reach out to employees.
Mr Ramanathan has been in the IT industry for over 27 years. His areas of work range from setting up and operating global distributed product development centres, global product support operations , venture incubators, high end technology parks and, marketing and sales operations. He is passionate about organisation and people development. He has been associated with the Vanenburg Group of Netherlands since 1987 and has been responsible for all its investments in India. Ramanathan has been involved in the setting up and operations of several group companies in India like BAAN, Vanenburg IT Park, Cordys Software India and Vanenburg Software India .
He is an Executive Committee Member and Ex-Vice President of Hyderabad Software Exporters Association and is also the Founder President of the Project Management Institute-Hyderabad Chapter.
