I am proud to be a part of this UAP program conducted by TPega in collaboration with TalentSprint which helped us way long to achieve our dream jobs.

Initially I was in dilemma like how can we students as a part of this UAP will be able to match up to the industry standards, but the way the course was designed and the classes were conducted and the gentle support provided in all the aspects right from the selection process to end of the placements was very highly appreciated.

Firstly, My journey with Pega UAP has started in K L University, 2017. It was the very first time I heard of Pega when we had a session conducted by Pega Employees in our Campus. Later, after long surfing over the internet regarding Pega, I got to know that this is the best Enterprise solution platform which provides unique solutions to most of the IT's. Once the Selection process started I was so excited to be the part of this Pega journey. Which way long helped to build my career.

Personally I feel the key features for the UAP program is the Curriculum and delivery methodologies. The way the curriculum was designed is very highly rated as we know it's never going to be an easy task to learn all the Business/ IT level standards from College level. But the way the courses/ delivery structure is designed it's always fun learning. This not only helped me to gain knowledge of the tool, but also helped me to match up to the industry level standards and expectations.

The immense support provided by trainers and support staff from day 1 till completion of POC/ Project building helped us in multiple ways like making us understand the topics with live/real time examples, mental support and guidance to clear the interviews, the capability to match the industry level standards and how to groom self as a good professional. All these factors helped me a lot since day 1 of my Pega journey to till date.

Currently I am working with Infosys one of the Platinum partners of Pega through exclusive campus drives of Pega UAP . Coming to industry and to show up the talent or knowledge which we gained was a challenge for each individual as a fresher since we are Pega certified professionals there will be high expectations from the industry. But thanks to TalentSprint, the way the courses(CSA and CSSA) were designed and monitoring students continuously from day 1 made things very clear. Also by adapting the industry level standards to colleges and changing the students mindset to adopt the industry level thinking made me a student to mold myself as a professional.

Specifically, I would like to thank my trainer Mr. Pavan Kumar A from TalentSprint who helped me to grow myself as a professional, and all the other supporting staff who gave me the opportunity to build my career. Also I extend my support to continue the UAP program to produce more no. of Pega Professionals to serve IT. Looking forward to many more years of collaboration with Pega.

Although UAP itself is successful program running with the efforts from TalentSprint along with Pegasystems, I feel the below few insights which can be included in UAP program:

1. Increase the Awareness of Pega Community.
2. Make them think from a performance point of view. Which includes (Predictive Diagnostic Cloud and what impact it makes for rules we create).
3. Increase the learning hours for specific topics like (Tracers, Clipboard, Agents Configuration, Listeners Configuration).
4. Ask each team to come up with a prototype for each and every topic included in Pega (which can increase their knowledge and thinking capabilities). Although this is being done now but still to be keen to continue it.

Initially before joining Pega I had no idea about my future. I was very worried since I don't have good coding skills but TalentSprint changed my life. This UAP course made me realize what I am capable of. First of all when my college management organized a seminar with talentsprint to tell us about an overview about Pega, I was really interested to know more about the Pega platform. So I started researching and asked my seniors about joining Pega UAP course conducted by Talentsprint and they gave me many wonderful experiences that they had while undergoing their learning. So I attended the cocubes test which was conducted as an entry level for joining into the Pega UAP program and passed successfully. I was really excited to learn about Pega software. As the course began me and my friends were introduced to our trainers Rajanikanth and Rohit Mittal. They were really awesome and they made a great connection among ourselves by being more than just trainers. They started to teach with the basics and step by step going into the depth of the Pega software. They were really ready to help whenever we needed them. After the successful completion of the first course, we attended the certification exam and also cleared it at the first attempt. After the Certification exam,in order to increase our experience even more in pega,Talentsprint organised bootcamp where we were separated as teams and assigned with projects and presented them. It was really fun learning throughout the camp. We got into the next level course and learned advanced features that were available on pega which was taught by our trainer. At the end we were asked to do a final pega project as teams where we got to explore even more in pega and gain more knowledge from the trainers as well as from my friends. We worked as a team and also successfully completed our project presentation.It's been a wonderful journey for me from an certified system architect to certified senior system architect seriously I am very much thankful to my friends and talentsprint who made me join pega. Throughout this journey Talentsprint, Pegasystems, Our trainers and my friends were really helpful and i hope this journey continues with even more exploring and learning about Pega.

At first I was in dilemma whether to join PEGA or not. But after attending a seminar conducted by TalentSprint & Pega, I have discussed with my parents & faculty. They encouraged me to Join PEGA. Mentors from TalentSprint are very Interactive and they made us all to feel free and share our views with our co-students. I am glad I am a part of this PEGA team. I have been through PEGA since last 6 months and I got placed in HCL Technologies. I would like to thank PEGA and TalentSprint for giving me this great opportunity.

I am A.Navya from KL UNIVERSITY. I would like to share my experience regarding Pega UAP. When I started my 6th semester, I began worrying about my career and started talking with my friends,family and seniors about it. That is when I got to know about Pega UAP. I am very glad that my college is a part of it. We were tested for eligibility to learn "Pega" and I was overwhelmed when I got to know that I met this criteria.The course delivering methodology of Pega UAP is quite unique when compared to our academics. Pega UAP has a balanced schedule of both explanation and hands-on. Our trainers explained to us in the best way possible. They made every concept clear and motivated us to get good knowledge on them.The way they explained about how it would be useful in real time helped us the most to understand the concepts. I would like to add that the best way to learn Pega is by practicing regularly. All the companies which came to our college for placements gave priority to the students of UAP. Hence placements for Pega UAP students was advantageous when compared to the other students. Pega UAP helped a lot by showing me a career path. I would sincerely like to thank TalentSprint,Pega, and my university for making our career bright.

All that I was hoping is for a better placement, then I got to know about Talentsprint's UAP program. First things first, as a student I didn't have any s/w industry exposure. Talentsprint visited our university and conducted a seminar regarding PEGA University Program.I learned that Low-code application is the future, industries will lean towards new technology which delivers results faster than current platforms and Pega is one of such tools that companies tend to use and University program is a way to build a bridge between pega and I, so I decided to be a part of the University program.

Getting into this program is by a test from which only the top 120 will be considered. “Hands On” is the way of learning PEGA and trainers made sure that it stays that way. Every trainer is friendly, they helped me through the technical difficulties, made the sessions interactive. Curriculum is interlinked which helps in remembering the concepts which is designed by the trainers themselves. I had few expectations as a UAP student like industry exposure, industry level experience, more practical knowledge, RND and in-depth exposure on the tool. One of the ways to achieve this is by practicing and exploring the tool in-depth, so I constantly practiced and used to ask questions in the class, I’ve always interacted with the trainer which is the most important thing to do and followed almost every single thing my trainer said to me.

Everything I learnt helped during placements which were conducted by talentsprint, which were very smooth and structured and helped me in achieving my goal. The UAP program offers basics which are necessary to get onboarded, once we get into the company these basics help us to learn more. As a certified professional, People will have expectations on me because in general people will migrate to pega after having 4years of industrial experience, these are big shoes to fill but my learning through UAP made it easy for me. One quick note, people will get misled by thinking that PEGA is no-code, but it is Low-Code.

Hello Everyone, I am Nikhilesh ( Alumni Pega UAP Program, Chitkara University ) currently working at Virtusa Corporation.

During the undergraduate course, every student is keen to know the implementation of their learnings at the industry level. I was also craving for an opportunity to transcend my existing Skill Set, which I got through Pega University Academic Program.

After facing some stumbling blocks in the initial stage, I found the Pega Platform very easy to grasp and much faster to develop business solutions for customers than the traditional application development methods.

We had a bit of time crunch during our CSA but our trainers helped us a lot with both the theory and hands on.As we did both simultaneously it was easy for us to understand the concept.Unlike other colleges we didn't have much time between our final CSA exam and campus interview.The TalentSprint's score more platform was really helpful us to prepare for our interview and the weekend aptitude test made it easier for us to attend the campus interview.For the CSSA also we had the same trainer, it was so easy for us to get along as we know his method of teaching very well.

Hello Everyone, I am Akansha, Alumni of Pega UAP NIET College, currently working in Virtusa Corporation.Enrolling into this program during my graduation process was a great decision made in my career path. Pega UAP provided us with different training modules which helps students majoring in Computer Science, Business Information Technology can supplement their existing academic skills.Having hands-on experience and achieving the certifications made a way to the journey of building industry ready business applications.

Crossing all these steps and hurdles, I learnt that in today's world organizations are challenging to recruit individuals with the necessary skills to build, maintain and advance the technology that provides competitive advantages.

I would only highlight and say that Pega UAP has brought great success in my career.

I'm Supriya. I am a 2020 passed out from K L University.

Getting into pega was like a dream come true. I had a really great experience in the Pega UAP. When I first heard about Pega I had no idea what it was. I had multiple doubts like "is this coding based?", "Is it hard to follow?" "Can I do this?", "OMG, two certifications?", "How am I supposed to handle my studies along with Pega". But honestly every single doubt of mine was clarified when I finally decided to join Pega. It builds confidence and no more self-doubt. Pega classes were my favorite part of the day. They've extraordinary trainers who made learning look so easy. More hands-on experience with low coding is totally fun. With trainers and hands-on we got through two certifications. Handling both pega and studies wasn't as hard as I thought when you involve yourself completely into something you like. I got placed in Infosys. Everyone who wished the best for me like my family, trainers, and talentsprint must've felt so good because this isn't the success of a single person. It's a group effort, well rewarded. Getting into pega was the best thing that ever happened to me.

A small suggestion to talentsprint : In IA1 and IA2 everyone attempting the exam gets the same questions with the same question numbers which makes it easy for students to pass the exam.

Sri Vidya Addagatla

I am Sri Vidya Addagatla, a student from Vasavi College of Engineering. I am currently working in PegaSystems as an Associate Solutions Engineer. It was in my 3 rd year of B.E., when I became a part of the TalentSprint family who was striving constantly to train students on Pega tools, so that we are confident enough to face the interviews.

A few students were shortlisted based on a CoCubes test, to be eligible to join the Pega UAP conducted by TalentSprint. We were around 200 students who were a part of Pega UAP. So, 2 batches of 100 students each were formed for better interaction with the mentor.

The rapport with the mentors was beyond amazing as they made us feel very comfortable to talk to them and discuss. The classes were so much fun, for they were not the usual academic labs that we had. We used to have a detailed explanation of the concepts, followed by implementation of the same. The mentors made sure that the sessions were completely interactive and engaging, and also focused on each and every student. Their teaching methods were very unique, in a way where one can understand the concept in depth and remember it for a very long time. There was a well planned schedule for the entire course, much in advance. There were regular tests to understand what we learnt and where we fall back.

There were chocolate presents as well to help us proactively participate in every Q & A session (else, most people would feel shy to talk in a class. In fact, this very approach made us come out of our fear to openly talk in a large audience). There were frequent feedback sessions as well, so that they can quickly implement any changes if there needs to be any. The environment was also setup like a workspace, for us to get habituated to it. They spread the awareness of what is expected from us and prepared us for the same.

Each student is thoroughly analysed in terms of their level of understanding of concepts, their interactions and also in their abilities to speak. Everything, including communication skills as well as the way we present yourself in the interview was taught. We were also allowed to teach a few topics as a part of improving our presentation skills. At the end of the course, we also had to build an application and present it, based on which we were evaluated on how well we stand in the competition.

And then was our CSA certification, the day when we realized that we were all well prepared for the exam, much ahead of it. Then comes the BIG DAY – our interview. There were 3 technical rounds where they tested me on my Pega skills. I was given various scenarios and was asked to implement it in the Pega tool. They also tested my java skills as well as DBS, but not in depth as I was from an ECE background.And then, a managerial round was conducted to test our compatibility with co-workers, and also our spontaneity in a particular situation. Finally, a HR round was conducted. I can say that this was one of my best experiences as it was all tense and excited at the same time. But not to worry, as TalentSprint takes care of all our fears and helps us overcome them during the course itself. And There was almost 99% placement success in our batch who were a part of Pega UAP. I feel very happy to be a part of this journey.And also very honoured sharing it with all of you. I don’t know the exact format of the message but I have shared my views here.

Pega UAP has been a wonderful journey for me through my academics, It taught me how to manage time first and then comes the rest. Pega platform has paved a path for me by getting to know the cutting edge of automation in technology from a business perspective.

To me Pega is an ocean where you still need to explore and update yourself. By this course I met awesome new friends and down to earth trainers. I am sure that once you fit in the course it will be a rollercoaster ride. I thank TalentSprint for providing such a wonderful opportunity that I was the part of UAP program and paving a way to my career

I would like to share a couple of points regarding my experience with Pega UAP.

The 1st thing that we would look before joining a college is Placements. Likewise, In my 1st and 2nd year, I was looking at the placements sheets and I saw that most of the sheet is occupied by a term called THROUGH PEGA ( Infosys through Pega, TCS through Pega, etc..) I never knew about what Pega is, what a CRM is, and what a software product is until my 3rd year.

PEGA UAP and the training from Talentsprint faculty enlighten us on the boom of Automation in this fourth industrial revolution. We got exposure to what a software product is, what is Automation, how it made our day to day work easy, and how PEGA connects Customers with Business making it one of the most popular CRM in the world.

PEGA University Academic Program is drastically increasing the count of the placements and packages on campuses. This is one of the golden opportunities that an undergraduate can have and I would strongly recommend every student to concentrate on this training provided by Talent Sprint for a bright future.

Hii! This is Sravan Kumar Jain from KL University. My entire journey of PEGA has been absolutely fantastic. At the beginning is was really tensed by looking at the environment, schedule, certification exams etc but as days passed on everything got changed,everyday of PEGA has been a new experience for me, my tense turned up into joy. In my entire journey my favorite part was the bootcamp where we explored many things and I felt like we all have become a family The PEGA family. After successfully completion of my CSA certification here comes the most important part where PEGA changed my life was placements, I got placed in 2 companies: one is Infosys PEGA and other is PEGA systems. That's the point where everyone career take a new turn not just by getting placed in one ,its in two-three companies. Apart from education and learning we have done many activities, parties, staying late nights etc. I never felt that my trainers Pavan Sir and Srikanth sir are just like my teachers ,they were so friendly and supportive and have supported me in my hard times. At last after successfully completion of CSSA certification it was one of my happiest moments and to be honest I was not sad as it got to an end because I have many memories which I can cherish and I knew I had a long journey ahead of me. I would love to have a career in PEGA

We have been associated with the PEGA UAP program for the last three years. We are extremely happy with the PEGA UAP program and with the support of TALENTSPRINT.
