Shri J Satyanarayana IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh visited TalentSprint ALC in Hyderabad and addressed the trainees. Shri Satyanarayana, who conceptualized and created the eSeva forum in A.P, began the talk by narrating a heart-rending anecdote emphasizing the need to have empathy before technology. He explained how empathy for the people in need, commitment to the cause and sincerity in operation are just as important as technology. He then went on to explain other efforts been taken by the government, like the Passport Seva which will cut down waiting time to 45 minutes and delivery time to 3 days.

The gathered audience was overawed by the visionary before them and cheered him on. He encouraged the trainees gathered to pursue excellence which he described as “Doing an ordinary task, extraordinarily well.”
