As the Chief Business Officer at TalentSprint, Sridhar leads Marketing and Revenue growth at TalentSprint. He has played a pivotal role in establishing TalentSprint as a strong online deep-tech player. He is passionate about exponential growth through innovation and building high performance teams.

Before joining TalentSprint, Sridhar held various leadership positions across leading organizations in the Financial Service and Capital Market industry. He served as the Vice President and Country Head at Karvy Stock Broking and Consultants. In this two-decade stint, he created and managed one of the largest retail networks in the country for Financial Products and Services. He also enabled capital-raising activities and other corporate strategic initiatives with various companies.

His area of expertise spans across Business Management, Digital Marketing, FinTech and Team Building.

Sridhar is a Mathematics graduate from Loyola College, Chennai. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Cost Accountant (ICWAI) and Company Secretary (ICSI).
